Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Officer - Generalist, you will:

  • Assist in creating, distributing, and reporting staff surveys and performance evaluations
  • Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide professional HR and administrative support to employees and applicants
  • Coordinate training programs and on-the-job training for staff and students
  • Identify skills and training needs for career development
  • Develop and advertise job vacancies across various media platforms

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources or relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

You will 

  • Have a current Blue Card 
  • Have a current Drivers Licence (Queensland)
  • Willing to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check
