Exciting Role with Purpose

The WannaBe Engagement Officer plays a vital role in nurturing the educational journeys of children and supporting families in overcoming various challenges. By collaborating with families, local schools, and education providers, you will help create a strong foundation for early childhood development, enhance literacy and numeracy skills, and facilitate smooth transitions into further education.

Your focus will be on empowering families through effective case management, enabling better engagement in education, and delivering culturally responsive programs that resonate with the community.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. If you have a background in education or family support and a heart for service, you may be the perfect fit for our team.

  • Minimum Certificate III in Education, Family Support, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with vulnerable families facing various stressors.
  • Demonstrated experience in case management within child, youth wellbeing, and family support sectors.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Your unique skills and experiences will contribute to building capacity within families, ensuring that children receive the support they need to flourish in their educational journeys.
