Your Role as a Female Engagement Officer

As a Female Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local marketing and community engagement strategies to actively increase awareness, access to and uptake of health services with the primary goal being to ensure our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community have the best possible health outcomes. T

You will have the opportunity to lead impactful projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall well-being of the community.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience in community outreach
  • Commitment to making a difference

You will

  • be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent 
  • identify as a female
  • have a current driver's licence
  • have a current blue card
  • have experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people/communities
