As a Wellness Coach, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring positive change and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
As a Wellness Coach, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized wellbeing plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. You will utilise your expertise in mental, emotional, and physical health to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
You will also conduct workshops and individual sessions to educate and motivate clients on the importance of self-care and healthy lifestyle choices.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Wellness Coach who is passionate about making a positive impact on others' lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mental Health and Health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and supportive approach
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong organisational and time management skills
You will
- be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
- have a current driver's licence
- have a current blue card
- have experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people/communities
- have relevant diploma level or higher qualifications in Mental Health or Health
