Position Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in connecting business needs with technological solutions. Your analytical prowess will enable you to explore and enhance business processes, data flows, and system capabilities, ultimately delivering insights that drive efficiency and informed decision-making. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll transform business requirements into actionable data models, reports, dashboards, and system enhancements that align with our mission.
Who You Are
You are an analytical thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to improve business operations. You possess a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools, and you thrive in collaborative environments where stakeholder engagement is key. Your excellent communication skills allow you to translate complex technical concepts into relatable terms, facilitating smooth interactions with diverse teams.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, IT, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in roles such as business analyst, data analyst, or systems analyst.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and recommend improvements.
