Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Officer - Generalist, you will:
- Assist in creating, distributing, and reporting staff surveys and performance evaluations
- Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures
- Provide professional HR and administrative support to employees and applicants
- Coordinate training programs and on-the-job training for staff and students
- Identify skills and training needs for career development
- Develop and advertise job vacancies across various media platforms
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources or relevant work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
You will
- Have a current Blue Card
- Have a current Drivers Licence (Queensland)
- Willing to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check
