Position Overview: Your Role in Our Team
As a Client Support Officer, you will provide outstanding customer service and efficient administration to ensure our clinic runs smoothly. You will handle client appointments, manage data, and assist in processing claims while supporting our dedicated Clinic Team.
Your role is essential in enhancing patient experiences, maintaining high booking rates, and ensuring all clients feel welcomed and valued in our facility.

- Possess a Certificate III in Business Administration/Medical Reception.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is highly desirable.

SELECTION CRITERIA
SC 1 Possession of a Certificate III in Business Administration/Medical Reception or ability to obtain.
SC 2 Experience working with Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander communities and demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
SC 3 Experience, knowledge and skills in administrative / reception roles and office management systems.
SC 4 Demonstrated skills in performing reconciliations and problem solving.
SC 5 Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team structure.
SC 6 Knowledge of and / or involvement in quality improvement processes.
SC 7 Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of human resource management issues including Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Antidiscrimination.
