Mulungu Aboriginal Corporation is a community‑driven Aboriginal Community Controlled Health
Organisation (ACCHO) that has been providing holistic healthcare since 1993. We serve the
Indigenous community in Mareeba and surrounding regions, with clinics strategically located in
Atherton, Kuranda and Mareeba
About the Role
We are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Trainee Health Promotion Officer. This role will
provide support in health promotion programs with Deadly Choices team. The successful applicant will
gain valuable experience while contributing to meaningful outcomes for the community.
Location: Mareeba Employment Type: PT- 19 hrs a week Closing Date: 12.01.26
Key Responsibilities
Assist with education programs, admin support, event coordination, health promotion activities
Engage with community members in a respectful and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and reports.

Working with Children Check, Police Check
no prior experience required — training will be provided.
